AL4070 Ammonia Nitrogen On-line Analyzer
Based on the multi-parameter ion selective electrode, the measurement of ammonia nitrogen is jointly completed by the ammonium ion, potassium ion, pH, temperature, and reference electrode. The matrix calibration algorithm can eliminate the cross-interference of other ions in the water sample and automatically correct the influence of pH and temperature on the measured value of ammonia nitrogen. It can be measured in-situ, and during use, no reagents or pretreatment are required, and it has a fast response speed and low power consumption. The outer shell is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel material, and the waterproof grade is IP68. It is suitable for the on-line measurement of ammonia nitrogen in industries such as surface water, water treatment, aquaculture, and industrial processes. The product adopts an integrated electrode holder, with a waterproof grade of IP68 and a corrosion-resistant housing. It has an RS485 communication interface and a standard MODBUS protocol, which is convenient for integration and networking. The WQS-SUTIE upper computer debugging software is provided as a gift, which can perform functions such as parameter setting, calibration, measurement, and fault diagnosis on the product. ·Integrated electrode, with multiple parameters mutually corrected in a matrix, has high measurement accuracy. ·In-situ measurement, no need for reagents and pretreatment, and low maintenance workload ·The response time is less than 60 seconds, and it can reflect the changes in ammonia nitrogen concentration in real time. ·The sensor membrane head is replaceable, reducing the use cost. ·Built-in fault self-diagnosis function to ensure data accuracy ·Factory pre-calibration, with built-in calibration coefficients, and factory calibration parameters can be restored at any time. ·The sensor interface has protection functions against misconnection and reverse connection.
